*Finalize menu and refreshments

One Month in advance:
*Finalize floral selections
*Final fitting maid/matron of honor, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses
*Plan the seating arrangements for the reception
*Purchase guest book, unity candled, toasting glasses, garter, and cake topper
Two Weeks in advance:
*Final fitting for wedding gown
*Obtain marriage license
*Confirm transportation arrangements
*Confirm time for rehearsal dinner
*Get all of your request lists to the photographer, musicians, and videographer

One Week in advance:
*Inform caterer of final count

The Day Before:
